Is This OKX Website, Email or Telegram Account Official? How to Verify
Do not trust a logo, blue check or sender name. Verify the full domain, email, phone number or Telegram account with OKX Channel Verification.
Checked July 12, 2026. Social accounts and email channels can change; query the official verification tool at the time of contact.
A phishing site can copy the logo, layout and HTTPS padlock. A fake Telegram admin can copy a photo and name. The reliable test is not appearance: copy the complete URL, account or email and query OKX Channel Verification.
Official tool: OKX Channel Verification. OKX states that its official primary domain is www.okx.com: Identify official accounts.
What to copy for each channel
| Channel | Copy | Watch for |
|---|---|---|
| Website | Complete URL | The registrable domain, not merely “okx” somewhere in the address |
| Full sender address/suffix | Display names are forgeable; suspicious mail also needs SPF/DKIM/DMARC review | |
| Telegram group | Group share link | A badge or member count alone proves nothing |
| Telegram admin | @username from User info | A handle written in the Bio is not the real username |
| Phone | Country code plus full number | Select the correct country code before checking |
A verified-looking sender can still be dangerous
Stop if a message requests a password, verification code, seed phrase, screen sharing, or a transfer to a “safe account.” OKX channel administrators do not initiate DMs requesting personal or financial information.
For suspicious email, export the EML source and inspect SPF, DKIM and DMARC. A failure is a strong warning. Official instructions: Verify email legitimacy via EML.
