OKX Deposit Not Arrived? Check These Things in Order

OKX deposit not showing up? A complete troubleshooting order: on-chain status, confirmations, address and network checks, then filing a ticket — with common TRC20/ERC20 pitfalls.

OKX Deposit Not Arrived? Check These Things in Order

You sent crypto to OKX from another platform or wallet, the expected time has passed, and nothing has shown up. This is one of the most common beginner situations — and the good news is that in the vast majority of cases the funds are not lost, just stuck at one identifiable step. Check in this order and you'll usually locate the problem within minutes.

Step 1: check the on-chain status

Find the TxID (transaction hash) in the sending platform's withdrawal record and look it up on the right block explorer:

Three possible results, three different actions:

  1. Transaction not found → the sender never broadcast it. Go back to the sending platform; it may still be in their internal queue.
  2. Failed / Reverted → the assets never left the sender. Just send again.
  3. Success on-chain → keep going below.

Step 2: count confirmations

On-chain success does not mean instant crediting. Every exchange requires a minimum number of confirmations per network before crediting, and congestion (especially on Ethereum) can slow this down substantially. The explorer page shows the current confirmation count.

Step 3: verify address and network

If the transfer succeeded and has enough confirmations but still nothing:

  • Address: compare the recipient address in the sending record against the one shown in OKX under Assets → Deposit — check the first and last 6 characters carefully.
  • Network: the chain selected when sending must match the chain you selected when generating the OKX deposit address. A network mismatch is the most common real cause of missing deposits — see sent crypto over the wrong network.

Step 4: minimum deposit amounts and manual claims

Some tokens have a minimum deposit amount below which nothing is credited, and a few require manual confirmation in the app. Both are noted on the OKX deposit page for each token.

Step 5: file a ticket with the TxID

If everything above checks out and the official crediting window has passed, file a ticket through the official Help Center with: the TxID, token and network, amount, and a timestamped screenshot. Complete tickets get resolved much faster.

What not to do: never post your TxID in Telegram groups or forums asking for help — the "support agents" who reply to those posts are all scammers. See fake customer support scams.

Risk note

This is an educational troubleshooting guide. On-chain transfers are irreversible — always verify the address and network before sending.
